Bargain, but make sure the piston compressions are all OK, oil is clean, no sludge under rocker covers etc. Perhaps a leakage test could be done but you take the risk at the end of the day.
If the fuel injection is of the K-Jetronic type (and not the L/LH type) then the beauty of this is that you get the CPR, Distributor, fuel distributor, metering flap etc that are all matched and because the engine is the B28E higher compression engine this should give you guaranteed 170hp out of the box (if this engine is non catalysed open loop type.)
Just change the following from your orig Delorean engine:
    Throttle body/plates from your orig engine so you keep the idle speed switch for idle speed ECU for when air conditioning is on.
    Coolant pipe under inlet manifold as these contain emission sensors. You only need idle speed thermistor for Idle speed ECU. Lambda thermal switch and Vacuum thermal switch are redundant as the new engine arrangement will prob be open loop.
   Oil sump & flange. Just a bolt on/ off swap.
Mind you, might be worthwhile changing timing chains/ sprockets/ tensioner/ crank oil seals etc when the engine is out as a precaution.
This is obviously a simplified list of an engine swap.

Sounds like a project to me........now where's my NOS kit??
