As far as I know, details of ?Eurofest 2006? are still being worked out, all
I will say is that I have heard numerous rumours, but as secretary of the
DOC have not actually been consulted at all.

  Euro-fest has always been organised by the American DOA, last time, quite
successfully with lots of DOC involvement.

When the earlier Eurofest?s were run, The DOC was in its infancy and could
not have organised such an event.  But things change, the DOC now has 10
times as many members as the DOA in the UK and I will look forward with
interest to see what involvement, if any our American cousins offer.

I do not see our smaller events as any sort of threat to Eurofest, hopefully
we can both run side by side without adversely  effecting each other.

I to will 2nd any motion concerning the test track, as an owner from
Northern Ireland I feel that paying an american for the privilage of
using the test track is a discrace.  My car, aswell as every other
delorean out there has a right to be able to go back to the place
that they were born.  I for one will not attend eurofest 2006 if the
americans and "OTHER" members do their best to spoil it for the rest
of us.
