Congratulations to Ian Foster.  Good to see some good constructive work being 
done in the interests of the club and their members.  The whole test track 
thing needs to be approached carefully...  Rob Lamrock here in N. Ireland has 
some good contacts with the current owners of the factory and can represent our 
needs well.... this is the way to do it, well done.
