Hi Thomas, 
I have done this on my own car. Stuart is correct the process is well
documented on DMCNews.com, I got away with removing the headlights. 
and using a heat gun and some fast clamps and two bits of wood to 
clamp the fascia flat. Do take great care with the heat gun don't
over heat the area. Please note that the paint finish will be damaged
so only use this method if your fascia is in need of a repaint!
