[doc] Electric Window Winders

Well along with my electric window mechanisms, any hope of repairing
them has pretty much disintegrated.

The gears are shredded (repairable) and the poxy tube that carries the
glass fitting is bent and twisted (not so repairable).

Soooo I'm looking for a pair of new ones. I'm aware that there are units
available in the States from various suppliers but before I go through
that palaver are there any available in good old blighty anyone??
