RE: [doc] DOC Main Event - mirrored

We have a similar printer in our office the Designjet 500PS.  (I don't think
there's much real difference between the two, but I'm sure Stephen will
correct me)
This does A1 printing on 24" rolls (Stephen's prints on 36" rolls)
So in theory I could print your image in up to 35m lengths and 24" widths.
As long as I have sufficient warning I can have a play and see what I can
do.
I've spotted several papers that may be suitable ie tracing paper, will have
a proper look later.

That's a very fine offer Stephen, it looks like we still need someone who
could "drive" it.
Any volunteers?

Thanks and Regards

*          If someone can get into Bath, our company has a 1055CM DesignJet
poster printer from HP. It can print up to A0 size. We have it as a demo
unit, but noone really knows how to get the most out of it. If someone can
work out how to get the right paper for the stand, and works out how much
ink the printer will need, then acquaints themselves with how the printer
needs to be set up to get the size of image you want, I will happily provide
the use of the printer free. All you will have to cover is ink and paper
costs.

This unit can produce stunning results, so I think you would have the impact
you require for the stand.
