[doc] Now it runs!!

After much buggering about with the fuel system #1274 now starts and
runs!

Turned out to be something I'd done that caused the problem, using a
switch to bypass the rpm relay, on a length of speaker wire that turned
out to have a high resistance. That caused the pump to run slightly slow
and not produce quite enough pressure to crack the injectors. I
should've just bodged a jumper in!

For a car that's been standing several years it sounds quite nice (to my
untrained ear at least). A few little tweaks and twiddles to improve
tick-over and the like needed but I'm a very happy chap :)

Once again thanks must be extended to Martin & Dave at DMUK for their
invaluable assistance
