Bob, Do you really mean conductive grease, as opposed to dielectric grease? Conductive grease is generally meant for lubricating sliding surfaces that need to conduct electricity. Standard practice, as I understand it, is to weather-seal electrical connectors with dielectric grease (which does not conduct electricity).
