Different people say different things about how they original wheels were finished. The set of NOS gray wheels that I have do not seem to be powder-coated; however, someone on DMC Talk said that the original were powder-coated, but the process has improved in the past 30 years and that is why they appear to be painted. I just don't know what to think. ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
