I have had Cooper Cobras on the front for years. I don't believe that they make 195/60 R14 any more, but I do believe that they make 185/60 R14. You would need to check with a Delorean shop to see if that makes a big difference. I wouldn't think that 10 mm or 3/8" would make much difference. I know that when I need the fronts again I plan on staying with the Cooper tires. On the back Cooper makes a 235/60 R15. I put them on this spring and what a difference from the NCT's that I was on. I have been driving on Cooper tires on all my other cars for decades and I really like them. They are the only tires that I buy now. Cooper tires used to be made in America and as far as I know, they still are. Cost was a little over $100 dollars each for the rears plus balancing. I don't remember what the fronts cost. Ask for what the date codes are and try to get the youngest tires. Coopers can be had locally and don't have to be shipped to you. Good luck in whatever you choose.
