[DML] Buyers Guide book updates...

recently updated with a posting that may be of interest to owners and
owners-to-be. In response to a question about the documentation that came

Finally, the book is creeping into the mainstream! An actual bookstore will
soon stock the book on their shelves - Autobooks-Aerobooks at 2900 West
