Had an opportunity to see vin 1305 a few days ago here in California. It was a BTTF replica by one of the well known prop builders. Let me tell you, the car needed a few things, the last of which should have been a bunch of time machine parts strapped on it. Doors would not close correctly, hood had multiple dents, dash and binnacle both cracked, obvious roof separation, front fascia had extremely poor alignment, both fascias had an abominable paint job, and the list goes on and on. Why anyone would have spent money to make this car into a replica without addressing the other cosmetic issues first, I cannot figure out. It was depressing, to say the least. Can you tell us, Bob?
