That'll teach Steve to do his carb conversions in the rain (note that Fuse #1 controls ignition, and that Drew drove to Steve's house, so Fuse #1 obviously was good before somebody touched something with something wet).

To be brutally honest I'd be happy if Steve bought a $75 meter.
