I know of at least two vendors that are comfortable with these conversions.  

As for supporting these carbs when Bill is gone; I've rebuilt two of these carbs with zero help from Bill.  A simple Google or YouTube search reveals tons of information about these carbs.  That can't be said for Kjet.
