Did you even bother to read the links I posted? Which is going to change the air temperature of a cool room more: running through it as quickly as possible while holding a red hot poke or walking through it slowly while holding a red hot poker? It does take time for heat transfer to occur. It is not instantaneous. Heat is exchanged more rapidly when the delta is greater. If you want to warm up the freon, keep the air warmer by increasing the flow. So yes, the air is not heated up over the evaporator, the heat in the air is exchanged to the freon. > > An air conditioner is just a heat pump. It moves heat from one location to another. So when the heat in the air is exchanged into the freon, the condenser exchanges or transfers the heated freon to the outside ambient air. > > Paul > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
