Hello all,
If anyone is interested here's a picture of my front wheel hub before
restoration as taken off the car.

Here's the same hub after.

After removing the hub from the car it was separated from the brake rotor,
sand blasted, bearing removed, zinc plated and reassembled. An old FAG
bearing was replaced with a new SKF bearing. Now the hub will be painted
with high temperature solvent resistant paint to protected from the harsh
environment of salt covered roads of a northern country.
And the restoration of 6149 continues...
