I went ahead and sent a note to AutoZone cusotmer support.  Below is a
copy of the email I sent them and the response I received.

For the past two years I have been compiling a list of AutoZone parts
that will work in 1981-1983 Delorean cars. I have been compiling this
list myself as AutoZone does not have Delorean listed in their
database. I would like to know if it would be possible for me to work
with someone within AutoZone to get this part information entered into
the AutoZone database. Below is a small sample of the many part
numbers that I have verified work on Delorean cars.
