I agree with you Cliff about the R-12. I am hoping that my 18 cans of it will take care of my needs for many years to come.

Ebay 330534831099 (Buy it now) = $3.75/12 oz. including shipping, he has QTY
77 sealed 30# cylinders of R-134a still available
My personal preference for a Delorean that has not had the A/C
"contaminated" is R-12, but that is another discussion.....

6 cans is nothing. Ive got 25 cans at home plus the 36 I just bought. None
of my AC systems are leaking but I've got plenty of r134a for any future
projects I might do.
I have two more AC jobs I plan to do this summer and a 1965 Mustang that I
might put AC in someday.
Farrar's evaporator replacement is half way done. We successfully removed
the evaporator and am about to replace it.
We would have replaced it hours ago but Farrar is being fancy and wants to
replace the foam on the evaporator flaps. We just got back from home depot
We also went to town earlier for an ice cream break and before that someone
convinced us to go shopping at Big Lots.
My goal is to have his new evaporator installed and vacuum the system before
I go home. He can finish putting the interior together on his own.

me. I picked up six more cans anyway.
