Using this method of problem solving, when the 30 amp breaker starts to fail,
you will replace it with a 35 amp breaker instead of fixing the blower motor
that is failing. Do you do the same thing in your house when a breaker trips?
There is a reason the breaker is sized the way it is.

Evidently I am not the only person using a 30 amp breaker for the AC blower.
Hervey's website suggests a 30 amp breaker and so do people on another forum. I
also installed a 30 amp breaker for a guy in Baton Rouge (who doesn't
participate on the forums) and he is as happy as can be.
All I can say is it works for me and others as well Obviously Dave's 25 amp
breaker is better than the 25 amp breaker I pulled out if my car.
