[DML] How hard is it to replace the electrical tray?

Whilst yanking around relays and Circuit Breakers, I was reminded that my
electrical parts tray (the black metal "bottom" that everything mounts too)
needs to be replaced. Apparently the mice used that area as a bathroom, and
while the wiring survived without issue, the tray did not, it's literally
rusting apart where the mice pissed.

It doesn't look that difficult, just somewhat tedious.or am I mistaken and
will wish I never started.?
