Not according to Borgeson. Gil claims Toby is ordering Part #113412, which is a straight U joint. Vibration reducing U joint would be Part #154912 (DD shaft). Putting the flex coupling in the middle of the column is not 100% optimal (I'll show you why at DCS), so I am going to try a pair of vibration reducing U joints on my next column. Stainless vibration reducing U joints do cost $41.03 more than straight U joints, but a pair of them is still $29.22 less than a rag joint (if they do in fact work as advertised).
