You may want to pull your cowl off and check all the linkages and splines. It could be that something got stripped under there. Is there any play in the wiper arms... ie can you move them with your hand? I think I need to re-state my question. The clocking is off on the wipers. They work fine but when I shut them off they stop at 12 o'clock. I just want to fix them as I will be selling her soon due to medical issues. I checked out the schematic and can't find a reason for the sudden change? Please help. Wash your car and apply RainX to all your stainless panels. The car will look beautiful and will stay that way for much longer. Try it and you will not be disappointed. Greetings from Poland!
