Most of us are aware that one-time DeLorean stockholder and tv star Johnny Carson got stuck in a DeLorean when the doors wouldn't open. Most of us also know that DeLorean doors that won't unlock, or relock themselves as if cursed with a secretive evil spirit are are a common thing, unfortunately. I see an opportunity for a little snarky humor here. As I was closing up my door panels yesterday, I was trying to think of a good, memorable term for that condition of non-openability. So my suggestion is: "Carsoned." Hah! As in, "Yeah, I put a new door seal on, and now my passenger side door is Carsoned!" Seems only fair. Like a doctor having a disease named after him. He didn't invent the illness, but made it well known. Ditto with Johnny. And it's karma. Johnny's jokes and gibes at the expense of the DeLorean, after that incident, didn't singlehandedly sink the company, but sure didn't do it any good. Time for payback. -Wayne vin 11174 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
