I guess roadable as being used equates to "runnable with some work." As opposed to cars that are ready to be driven at any time, even if they normally sit in a garage or driveway. Mine is unquestionably roadable insofar as it's frequently out and about, if only for twenty minutes a week in decent weather. I find it hard to believe there are still 2999 others ready to go at the turn of a key... a full third of those produced...after thirty years. Five or ten years inactive in a garage under a tarp ("waiting for it to get really valuable") will probably put any car in a coma, don't you think?

I know of about 30 Deloreans in the Richmond VA area but only one has been 
driven in the past 5 years.
