[DML] Trouble shifting in 1st and 2nd gear

The other day I started having trouble shifting into first and second
gear.  I made a YouTube video of the issue but as expected, it worked
fine most of the video.  Are there any suggestions on what I can
check?  I also checked the transmission and there is some oil where
the linkage goes into the transmission.  My guess is the transmission
needs some oil added to it, but more than likely that isn't what is
causing my issue shifting into first and second.  Any suggestions on
what else to do?
