There are several things to check if you are having front end vibrations - Ball joints (upper and lower) Steering rack ends, play tires wheel balance brake disc runout front wheel bearings bushings-all of them lug torque shocks and as noted, the rear end influence front end behavior, so as long as you are checking out the front suspension, do an inspection of the rear as well. And NOBODY should be driving around on NCT's anymore. -- Mike ________________________________ From: Welmoed <welmoedj@xxxxxxxxx> To: dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thu, May 3, 2012 9:25:28 AM Subject: Re: [DML] My Suspension is better than Bill's New bushings (for both sway bar and LCA) will make vibrations less, but not vanish. I observed that after bushings have been replaced vibrations were less while braking hard, but not gone. The support brackets (I call them braces) however made the car go straight while braking to the point of blocking the wheels. Before those modifications the car bucked, like a young pony getting a saddle, on bad roads and railway crossings. Did you ever see the (French) video of the LCA travel while braking?
