Byrne,
I don't think anyone was implying your product had a problem. I know Bill may like to make it seem that way, but it is not the case.
A few people (myself included) have pointed out that Mike Loasby (who himself built a true wishbone LCA) expressed concern with limiting the forward/aft movement of the LCA too much as it could potentially cause a failure on the ARB because it will not be free to travel the natural arc.
Bill somehow twisted that in to people predicting the imminent failure of his suspension setup- something that is quite far from the truth.
It is a shame you, and your product got dragged in to this ridiculous cry for attention.... But, as they say- "There is no such thing as bad publicity except your own obituary.".
With all of that said, Have you (Byrne) ever thought of making a true wishbone LCA? I think if properly designed (to make sure there is tolerance for the ARB arc of travel), it would be a huge improvement to the front suspension design. Maybe even make a new ARB without the stop/nut so it can "float" in the LCA bushing (sounds risky, but with proper design/testing.....)?
Thanks.
