[DML] Single Piece Speedometer Cable

The only vendor who lists single piece speedometer cables claims he is out of stock, so I went to Autozone, bought a $6.99 cable, and simply made my own:

Original setup has two nuts you can reuse at the angle drive (upper speedo nut is the same size & thread).
