Just convert to electric and be done with it already!  
 
No gasoline.
 
No tail pipe emissions and if you really want to be green you can charge  
with solar power.
 
Get a good set of batteries and range will not be a problem.
 
No exhaust so no catalytic converter. No need to turn the crank to adjust  
the valves either...
