I must chime in and say this carbureted Delorean is not mine. I have had zero fuel pump problems since I ran a direct ground connection from my battery to my fuel pump. I've logged at least 3k miles since then, including a drive to/from Seans house (an hour north of Atlanta) all the way from Baton Rouge. Even if my fuel pump dies again, I probably won't be doing the coke bottle trick since I carry a spare fuel pump. The carbureted DeLorean shows up as a little silver blur at 3:18. Its fuel pump is acting up, but the owner is still able to drive his car a mile at a time by simply refilling the bowl manually from a scale model Coke bottle. > > Bill Robertson > #5939 ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
