[DML] #2508 is Officially not a Junk Car

For the last year or so #2508 was living on jack stands (under a custom fit car cover, thank you very much) as I repaired its crumple extension, painted new suspension components (same setup as #5939), painted a new radiator, painted the headlight brackets (in preparation for upside down mounting), etc. My ill tempered next door neighbor bitched to the city that I was storing a "junk car." They gave me one week to get it inspected and tagged or they would ostensibly tow it away. Still not ready for daily use, but the damn thing is at least legal.
