I suggest that the insurance question be asked of and be answered by 
insurance folks (people in the know such as agents, lawyers and the 
like) not Bill.  Then this discussion's focus can be brought back to the 
performance pros and cons of these changes.

In DMCTalk.org this should be two separate threads.  In Yahoo Groups we 
can't do that and as such it is more messy.
