A few years ago I discovered that my driver's side torsion bar had broken. After a lot of heartbreak I found someone kind enough to sell me a used one, money was not a concern, but knowing that there were no more torsion bars available, I put the car in my garage and there it has stayed. I start it once or twice a year but that is all. The whole experience caused me a considerable amount of depression because I used to drive the car all the time. I stopped visiting this site but with the story about the electric Delorean I decided to see what was up with that. Now I see that there is a new torsion bar for sale? Do I read this right, because if I can replace that part if needed my 82 will be back on the road. If it is true I want to thank who ever put the time and effort in making that part. ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
