 Thank you for that detective work, Bill. 
I remember somebody asking on the DML a few years ago just exactly how many ground points there were. The answer at the time was "nobody knows," and nobody contested that answer, not even DMC Texas. (For those joining the thread late...they're not all on the wiring diagram unfortunately.) Are you including the short jumpers that connect the steel panels?
