[DML] DeLorean Knowledgebase and Live Chat

We've been running the "Live Chat" here at DMC as a test for the past six
months or so, and just recently have updated a number of the most common
"Knowledgebase" articles and posted them to the public, too.

I'm interested to hear anyone's feedback on this.
