[DML] Re: A/C suddenly stopped working (seems resolved)

That circit is for the AC clutch and fan speeds 1 and 2. There is no need to go over 20 amps. If 20 amps blows there is a problem with connections, equipment, etc. - The fuse clamps may be loose - a hazzard with age - so, you may need to by-pass it (as already done once per your picture) or go for a new fuse holder.
