I am also with Grundy after Haggerty was caught over charging me. In your e-mail you stated that the your "stated value was $35,000.00". Please make sure that you have "agreed value at $35,000.00". In stated value, you have to prove the value of the car and in agreed value, the insurance company agrees to a set value for your car.
