Get quotes from several companies that offer classic insurance. Among them are:
Grundy
Taylor
Hargarty
They each have their own rules on use. Typically you cannot use the car as a daily driver and there is a mileage and an age limitation.

I have a 2008 Subaru which I pay the regular rate, then my D is added to my policy for something crazy like $30 a month. That's with $250 deductible, liability/collision/comp, but it is not declared value (I haven't gotten around to looking into that).
