[DML] Getting exhaust manifolds milled

Thanks for the offers and advice everyone.  It looks like I am just
going to go ahead and get the exhaust manifolds milled on Monday.  I
just panicked when I sent the original email because I am trying to
get the car back on the road to bring to the BTTF showing this
saturday.  If I end up needing to replace the manifolds I'll be sure
to contact a few of you about getting replacements.
