Torque spec on DMC Wheels is about 65. This is very low compared to most cars so you need to remind them of that.
Remove the brake caliper, then the rotor. Then you can knock the broken stud out and replace it from the back. I would inspect or replace all of them as the same idiot probably tightened them all.
To replace the fronts you have to take the hub assembly off the spindle.
DMC shops stock them, although I doubt that I have 16 of them on hand.
