Replace them all. Lug studs break because they have been overtorqued. There is
no reason to believe that your shop only overtorqued the one stud that broke -
they probably did them all.
There is no trick to replacing studs. Make sure you get the correct length on
both sides - the length of the part that screws into the hub is just as
important as the part that passes through the wheel. I like to use some loctite
on the hub threads to make sure they don't back out.

Subject: [DML] Wheel Lug Bolt Failure
Yesterday I had new tires put on my car (replacing the factory originals). I
took the car on short in town drive latter in the day and heard something come
off car. When I was able to inspect the car it looks a lug bolt to the left
rear tire has sheared off taking the lug nut with it.
I was looking at my Tech Manual however it does not have any specifics on how to
replace a lug bolt. Does anyone have any directions on how to do this repair or
know of any cross reference to replacement parts from a more popular production
vehicle?
Since there are only 3 lugs still on the wheel I was wondering how far I could
drive it to get it to get it repaired.
As a side note I have owned this car for over 15 years and I have only let a
repair shop work on it twice and both times it ended up that they broke
something on it.
