Unless Joe wants to defend himself, there isn't much point in bringing up a 5-year old legal dispute on the list. [Moderator's note: As a nearly decade-long owner, I had the pleasure of 
receiving great technical advice and buying parts from DMC Joe, who is/was a 
tech expert since practically the very beginning (see the DeLorean Gold 
Portfolio to read an article about him which offers some history). DMCNews also 
benefitted greatly from his expertise until he apparently got out of the 
DeLorean business some five or six years ago, AFAIK. There have been rumors 
about some financial and other problems towards the end, so unless DMC Joe wants 
to defend himself, this might not be the proper venue to trash-talk him, 
especially third-hand. Thanks - Andy, the Moderator of the Week]

FYI...For the people who were not here during the DMCJOE vendor era...He was a 
Guy who used to give GREAT ADVICE and was very helpful and people on this forum 
used to think of him as a expert or sorts on this forum about the repair and 
service for Deloreans and used to give service and repair to fellow delorean 
owners cars at certain times of the year at their residences...and also had a 
shop for repairs and service...BUT was later Discovered to be RIPPING OFF fellow 
delorean owners on both the repair costs and the quality of the service and 
repairs were deemed very questionable and of poor standards...bottom line...he 
disappeared/stopped doing repairs and services/closed shop and also giving 
advice on this forum.. after some major accusations surfaced about his 
questionable honesty about his DMC Business...and has not been heard from for 
many many years...and was assumed to have disappeared in shame....
