If it's up then it's broken somehow - normal behavior is for it to be recessed in the box, and only pop up during a rollover. Push and hold the plunger down and try to start the pump, or make a jumper and take the switch out of the equation - with the switch tripped "up" as you described, you're not getting ground to your fuel pump. --- In dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Robert Hlavacek <bob.hlavacek@...> wrote: > > I can't seem to find the inertia switch. Around the bracket - service module >by > > the stearing column I forun two unplugged plugs that mated. One half of each > was a rubber scoket and one half a copper prong. Plugging them together did't > > seem to make any difference. Under the drivers foot well to the far left top > was something that was electircal, a small box, that had a plunger on top that > you could push down and then it sprung up - didn't do anything. > > Any help with what these things are and in locating the inertia swithc would be > > appreciated. > > Thanks, > > Bob 10961 > bob.hlavacek@... > > > [moderator snip] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
