I really like P21S. I also use sponge paint brushes to get inside the spokes - I get a dozen in varing sizes for $5 at my local hardware store. Taking the wheels off the the car makes it easier.
IF they are original they are powder coated - so, you would not want to use any metal brightner or metal cleaner on the wheels.
