[DML] Hesitant starter

I have two problems which may be interrelated. They may both be ground problems. For a long time I have had these problems and not been able to fix them. So please guide me. When I am trying to start the car, I turn the key and it usually starts. However it is common for it to click as the solonoid clicks, but the car does not crank. Then as I turn the key again, after 2 to 4 more times, then it cranks. I have replaced the battery, replaced the starter and solonoid, cleaned the grounds than I can find. All to no avail. This has been a problem for years, so I rarely drive the car. For the last two weeks my other cars have been broken so I have to drive the Delorean. I started this time with a new battery.

The second problem is the air conditioning blower. When it is turned to position 4, then it soon quits and after a minute or so starts up again. In position 3 there is no problem. I remember that this is a problem of something overheating. I have replaced parts of the fuse block with in line fuses trying to fix this. No improvement. Is this a ground issue. If so where do I look and clean?
Thanks,
Jordan Gary Wichita Falls, TX
