Well, the high beam is Blue/White, and the low beam is Blue/Red. You
could check the wires for power. They are pins 1 and 16 on the larger
connector, which means they're right across from eachother on one end of
the plug. Its pretty easy to get those little copper foil tabs bent when
putting the connector together, so that might be the problem.
