[DML] Right Hand Drive DeLorean

I have a client who wants me to build him a Time Machine out
of a Right Hand Drive DeLorean.
Does anyone know where I can get one?
Also, has anyone ever converted a left hand to a right hand
and how much trouble and cost was it?
