Yes, the louvres are very repairable, with a little fiberglass work and some matt black paint they can look new again. I've done this on a couple of cars and you would never know they were ever repaired.

My rear louvre and engine cover both have some small cracks in them and some rubbing at the top where the T-panel is (nothing major just eyesores). Is it possible to have these fiberglass patched and repainted or am i stuck replaceing the whole cover?
