If you put our shop address as 720 Tek rather than 732 (mapping error) in MS (bing) birdseye maps, there are two angles where you can see a DeLorean behind the building with the doors open. The other two angles don't show any cars, and there is a delivery truck in the lot that comes and goes. 

Based on the minivan in the lot, this picture is at least 2 years old.
