Make sure your motor is getting to the right operating temperature. It could be the thermostat is not working correctly. Feel the hoses going to the heater core behind the right, front wheel. Use an infra-red temperature measurer or a thermometer. It *should* be in the neighborhood of 180 degrees F. If you are low on coolant one of the first signs is no heat so check your level. When the heat in the Delorean is working properly it is comfortable inside. Another thing to check is the large hole under the dash on the driver's side. Sometimes the piece of foam is missing or just not in well to seal it up.
